Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked wild rice
1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
2 cups frozen peas
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cups chicken broth
4 tablespoons butter
Garlic salt
4 tablespoons flour
Beef broth
Directions:

Fry peas in oil until thawed, then add meat and stir fry, adding garlic salt to taste. Once browned add the mix into open peppers and place onto baking sheet with tinfoil. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
Melt butter in saucepan and add flour. Stir until browned, then gradually add beef broth until sauce is at desired consistency. Add on top of cooked peppers and enjoy.
